How it works

Launch anything. Let the market bid.

Bid rules

Every bid must be signed by the bidder's wallet, meet the current minimum and the minimum increment. Failed or invalid transactions never become winning bids. Bid history is permanent.

Anti-sniping

If enabled, a valid bid near the end extends the listing by a short fixed period. The rule is shown before you bid.

Lifecycle

DRAFT → LIVE → ENDING → SETTLED → TRANSFERRED. Cancellation is only possible where the published rules allow it, and terms lock once bidding starts.

Settlement

When bidding ends, the winning bid is verified, the defined asset or ownership NFT is transferred, proceeds are routed by the published fee split and every transaction signature is recorded. Nothing shows SOLD until settlement is confirmed.

Ownership & rights

An ownership NFT represents only the rights the owner defined. It does not automatically transfer legal rights the platform cannot grant.

Fees

Platform fee, creator fees and sale proceeds are shown on each project page from real on-chain state.

Security

Non-custodial wallet signing, server-side validation, replay protection and a public activity log for every project.

Risk disclosure

Bidding and digital assets carry risk. Only bid what you can afford to lose and read each project's terms.
